    1. We have a quick turnaround time. Your order will be shipped the next day once payment has been received.
  1. How will my order be packaged?
    1. Orders are sealed in smell proof vacuum seal packaging in boxes that are not labelled with any cannabis information.
  1. Do you ship outside of Canada?
    1. We only ship within Canada.
  1. How long does shipping take?
    1. Depending on where it is being shipped to it could take 2-3 business days. We have next day shipping option if you require faster shipping.
  1. Do you have a pickup location?
    1. We are online only for your convenience.
  1. Do I need to sign for my order?
    1. Orders that are $400 or more will be sent with a Signature Required. If you do not want this option, please leave a note with you order saying “No Signature Required”
  1. How do I track my order?
    1. You will be emailed a tracking number before your package is scanned at the post office. It may take a day for the post office to update their website.

    1. Instructions for payment will be provided once an order has been placed.
  1. How long do I have to submit payment?
    1. After placing you will have 48 hours to submit payment.
  1. What happens after I send payment?
    1. You will receive a confirmation email that your payment was received as well as a tracking number.
